Job summary

Qualifications

3-5+ years in Product Operations or related role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
Direct experience with integrations, APIs, or a partner platform.
Knowledge of APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Experience in apps stores, marketplaces, or partner ecosystems.
Experience managing external partner relationships and onboarding.
Experience running early-access programs and coordinated launches.
Strong written communication for requirements and docs.
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
Preference for lightweight, scalable systems over heavy processes.

Responsibilities

Own intake, triage, and prioritization of integration and API/MCP requests from customers and partners.
Triage partner- and customer-reported integration issues, assess severity, coordinate resolution, and ensure timely communication.
Manage relationships with technology and ISV partners across the integration lifecycle.
Plan and run early-access programs for new integrations and API/MCP capabilities, including onboarding and launch recommendations.
Coordinate cross-functional launches of new integrations by tracking dependencies and readiness.
Translate feedback into clear requirements and roadmap for the integrations team.
Create and maintain partner-facing API/MCP docs and enablement materials.
