Job summary

Two Six Technologies in Arlington, VA is seeking an Associate Director of Product Operations & Production to own how Two Six products are built, certified, and delivered. You will lead a small team spanning supply chain, certification management, production coordination, and assembly, driving end-to-end execution from engineering builds to on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 9+ years in hardware manufacturing, NPI, or production and product operations for electronics.
• 3+ years leading people or cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on experience with a manufacturing transfer from prototype to production ramp.
• Experience with supply chain management and forecasting for electronic components.
• Experience implementing or managing a PLM system.
• Experience with budget planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order-to-delivery execution, manage schedules, surface risks, and create repeatable fulfillment playbooks.
• Lead manufacturing transfer from prototype to production ramp at Dayton, OH site and/or contract manufacturers.
• Coach engineers on documentation for clean handoff (BOMs, drawings, test procedures).
• Forecast demand, manage long-lead components and inventory, and qualify contract manufacturers and vendors.
• Implement and manage PLM as the single source of truth for BOMs, revisions, and change control.
• Build product operations across hardware and software, overseeing certification and compliance.
• Lead the team and budget, report on-time delivery, cost, and quality to leadership.
