Job summary

24 Seven Talent seeks a Director of Product Development & Production to lead end-to-end product creation from concept to launch in a fast-paced consumer goods environment. You will set product strategy, oversee cross-functional teams across design, engineering, sourcing, and production, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.

This office-based role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in PLM and production management, with occasional travel to suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Engineering, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of product development and production management experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience bringing products from concept to market.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, supply chain operations, and vendor management.
