OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager (senior IC) in San Francisco. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional teams to manage alpha/beta programs, plan and run launch readiness, and build scalable internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Operations at scaling tech companies, partnering with Product/Engineering and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to stand up alpha/beta/GA programs, recruit design partners, and transform insights into product work.
• Experience building launch calendars and readiness cadences across multiple teams (Product, Eng, Research, Safety, Security, Legal, GTM).
• Ability to build systems/tools (code/no‑code/AI) to scale operations and capture feedback.

Responsibilities

• Stand up alpha/beta/GA programs with clear criteria and collect insights for prioritization.
• Own launch calendar and readiness cadence for a product group; coordinate with cross‑functional partners.
• Build systems to capture, triage, and synthesize user feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Lead coordination for high‑impact moments (Dev Day demos, rollout waves, partner showcases) and manage timelines and communications.
• Create internal tools/automations to scale operations (feedback intake, taxonomy, release notes) and contribute to the Product Operations function.
