Résumé du poste

Teton.ai is seeking a Product Manager to own initiatives end-to-end for a care-focused product used by caregivers, nurses, and operators in senior living communities. You will work closely with design and engineering, traveling to customer sites to observe workflows and test the product in real care delivery conditions.

You will define success metrics, bring structure to ambiguous problems, and translate field observations into concrete product decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on B2B software.
  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end and shipping outcomes.
  • Experience at a fast-moving, growth-stage startup.
  • Strong product thinking across discovery, prioritisation, scoping, and shipping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to spend significant time in the field (not desk-based).
  • Ability to develop deep technical understanding of complex products such as AI systems, data pipelines, or hardware–software systems.
  • Based in the US, with availability to travel domestically for customer visits.

Responsabilités

  • Lead product initiatives from idea to launch, covering discovery, scoping, prioritisation, and shipping in partnership with design and engineering.
  • Define success metrics for your product area and own outcomes, not just feature delivery.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces and make tradeoffs grounded in customer reality.
  • Spend significant time on-site with US customers, translating field observations into product decisions.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to land features in market and drive adoption.
  • Run beta and adoption programmes, recruiting pilot customers and driving feature uptake in the field.
  • Build deep technical fluency in the computer‑vision and AI stack to scope feasibly and make sound build decisions.
  • Communicate clearly across teams, time zones, and between Copenhagen and US offices.

Description du poste

Teton.ai is building a foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Its proprietary computer-vision system enables care staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident care, and streamline workflows. The platform serves senior living communities across the US, with headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark and a US office in Boulder, Colorado.

The role

This Product Manager position owns product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through launch, for a product used every day by caregivers, nurses, and operators in senior living communities. You would report to the Director of Product Management within the Product and Engineering organisation. The role is built around close proximity to the US senior living market, with meaningful time spent on-site with customers observing workflows and pressure-testing the product against real care delivery conditions.

What you would do
  • Lead product initiatives from idea to launch, covering discovery, scoping, prioritisation, and shipping in partnership with design and engineering.
  • Define success metrics for your product area and take ownership of outcomes, not just feature delivery.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces and make tradeoffs grounded in customer reality rather than internal opinion.
  • Spend significant time on‑site with US customers, including senior living operators, care staff, and clinical leadership, and translate those field observations into concrete product decisions.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to land features in market, shaping positioning, enablement materials, and launch narratives to drive adoption.
  • Run beta and adoption programmes, recruiting pilot customers, structuring feedback loops, and driving feature uptake in the field.
  • Build deep technical fluency in the computer‑vision and AI stack, enough to scope feasibly, push back on engineering, and make sound build decisions.
  • Communicate clearly across teams, time zones, and between the Copenhagen and US offices.
What they are looking for
  • 5 or more years of product management experience, ideally on B2B software.
  • A track record of owning a product area end-to-end and shipping outcomes, with comfort being the most senior PM in the room with customers and partners.
  • Experience at a fast-moving, growth-stage startup, with comfort in ambiguity and fast cycles.
  • Strong product thinking across discovery, prioritisation, scoping, and shipping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to spend significant time in the field (this is not a desk‑based role).
  • Ability to develop deep technical understanding of complex products such as AI systems, data pipelines, or hardware‑software systems.
  • Structured thinking and strong problem‑solving ability.
  • Based in the US, with availability to travel domestically for customer visits.
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare, senior living, or another regulated, high‑stakes industry; experience with AI, computer vision, or data-heavy products; experience working closely with sales and customer-facing teams; experience in a distributed product organisation spanning the US and Europe.
Working arrangements

The US office is in Boulder, Colorado; candidates based there or open to relocating are welcome. Remote candidates across the US are equally considered. The role requires regular domestic travel to customer sites and occasional travel to the Copenhagen headquarters in Denmark.
