Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Operations Program Manager to collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to conceive, design, and develop innovative consumer devices. You must be responsive, flexible, and thrive in an open, collaborative peer environment.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end program delivery, align stakeholders on requirements, contribute to product design decisions, and ensure programs meet schedule and cost targets across supply and fulfillment of devices. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results on complex projects involving cross functional teams across the company.
• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and product definition.
• Contribute to and influence new product design and architecture.
• Understand current system capabilities and limitations.
• Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver a quality product on time and at cost.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor supply and fulfillment of devices.
• This role may require some travel.
