The Sr. Operations Program Manager (Sr. OPM) will work within the Device Operations group to develop the next generation of Amazon devices. The Sr. OPM will engage and work cross functionally across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations functions. The Sr. OPM will balance a mix of strategic, programmatic, and operational responsibilities to optimize new product cost, quality, and time to market. The individual is expected to work cross functionally to build consensus among the cross functional team and leadership. The individual will have experience in New Product Introduction in an Operations/Manufacturing role pertaining to Consumer Electronics (or similar) and have proven communications skills and ability to influence.

A day in the life

In a typical day, a Sr. OPM performs a mix of tactical and strategic activities like deep diving to solve complex engineering and supply chain issues, and driving a Supply Chain and Operations strategy that supports the development of new products.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
