Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Operations Program Manager to collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to conceive, design, and develop innovative consumer devices. You must be responsive, flexible, and thrive in an open, collaborative peer environment.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end program delivery, align stakeholders on requirements, contribute to product design decisions, and ensure programs meet schedule and cost targets across supply and fulfillment of devices. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

About The Team

We are a team of motivated individuals dedicated to launching personalized devices that delight our customers and generate additional revenue for Amazon. We provide product operations leadership and collaborate across all functions. As supply chain partners to the broader Amazon Devices organization, we work together to drive product roadmaps and guide portfolio direction.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
