Job summary

DailyPay is hiring a Product Operations Lead to drive operational excellence within the R&D Data squad, reporting to the Senior Director of Data Science. You will scale launching and updating ML models and support AI-powered features across multiple squads, while improving tooling and best practices for experimentation.

You’ll collaborate with Finance and Data Analytics to align KPIs and ensure clean data and robust dashboards.

Qualifications

6-10 years in product operations, business operations, or program management.
Proven ability to identify friction points and translate data into action.
Experience building dashboards and monitoring KPIs/OKRs.
Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Identify lifecycle friction and propose solutions to improve the product lifecycle.
Streamline workflows and ensure consistent delivery velocity across squads.
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams.
Engage stakeholders at the right time with aligned expectations.
Monitor KPIs/OKRs and provide data-driven insights for decisions.
Translate metrics into actionable operational guidance for teams.
Manage product tooling and roadmapping collaboration tools.
Contribute to quarterly planning and align team efforts with business strategy.
