Job summary

Housecall Pro in the United States seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to guide business owners through our suite of products and help them grow their service businesses. You will translate complex product features into clear value and drive acquisition.

You will work with marketing, product, sales, and customer success to craft messaging, run go-to-market programs, and optimize launches based on data and customer feedback. The role blends strategy, storytelling, and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a related field.
Experience with AI tools and automation to drive team efficiency.
Experience go-to-market strategies and cross-channel campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and strong copywriting skills.
Empathy for the customer and ability to translate complex material into insights.
Strong project management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Guide business owners through our products and help them expand their businesses.
Develop acquisition and customer marketing strategies to drive revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan go-to-market strategies and orchestrate product launches.
Empower Sales and Customer Success with messaging and assets.
