Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategic planning, product management, and product marketing.
• 5+ years in lubricants, grease, base oil, additives, or industrial fluids.
• Proven portfolio strategy, GTM planning, and cross-functional commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy, planning, and long-range priorities.
• Define target markets, segments, and value propositions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distributors, and channels.
• Guide product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
