Job summary

Tines is seeking an experienced Product Marketing leader to shape how our platform is positioned in a fast-paced AI-driven market. You will own market research, messaging, and go-to-market programs that resonate with IT, security, and business audiences.

In this remote-friendly US role, you’ll partner with product, engineering, and sales to launch new platform capabilities, build enablement resources, and craft compelling content across blogs, decks, webinars, and product collateral.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing, marketing, product management, technical or operational roles, or strategy consulting with at least 3 years in product marketing.
• Experience marketing a technical B2B software product in a fast-moving environment and understanding enterprise evaluation/buying processes.
• Strong positioning and messaging skills; can simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Practical experience using AI to solve business problems and curiosity about the market.
• Experience launching products/capabilities and bringing them to new audiences.
• Strong research/analytical judgment; can turn insights into a clear point of view.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research via customer interviews, win/loss studies, and analyst input; translate into positioning and GTM recommendations.
• Understand emerging competitors and create differentiation materials, battlecards, and training.
• Create a clear narrative for what customers can build, run, and monitor with Tines; collaborate with product marketing.
• Lead product launches for new platform capabilities, from audience identification to messaging and enablement.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to build confidence in positioning and address customer questions.
• Create practical content resources (blogs, decks, webinars, guides, collateral) with cross-functional teams.
