Job summary

Tines is seeking a senior Product Marketing leader to craft a customer-centric narrative for our platform capabilities. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, commercial, and marketing teams to turn complex tech into clear positioning, content, and launch plans.

You’ll help IT and expanded audiences understand what to build, run, and monitor with Tines, shaping a defensible point of view in the evolving AI landscape. Remote in US (east/central states) allowed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across product marketing, marketing, product management, technical or operational roles, including at least three years in direct product marketing.
• Experience marketing a technical B2B software product in a fast-moving environment, with an understanding of how enterprise teams evaluate and buy software, particularly within IT.
• Strong positioning and messaging skills, with outstanding written and verbal communication. You can simplify complex concepts without losing accuracy and adapt a narrative for different audiences.
• Practical experience using AI to solve business problems, curiosity about the market, and the ability to discuss its strengths and limitations. You enjoy learning a product by building with it.
• Experience launching products or capabilities and bringing them to new audiences, including identifying use cases, understanding personas, and developing go-to-market programs.
• Strong research and analytical judgment. You can turn customer insight and competitive intelligence into a clear point of view, then use feedback and results to refine it.
• Comfort balancing strategic, creative, and tactical work. You take ownership, prioritize effectively, and create content and enablement yourself.
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across distributed teams. You can earn support for a recommendation, defend it thoughtfully, and change your approach when the evidence calls for it.

Responsibilities

• Market research through customer interviews and win/loss studies to inform positioning and go-to-market.
• Develop differentiation assets like battlecards, training, and messaging for IT and other audiences.
• Lead product marketing for new platform capabilities from audience research to launch messaging.
• Enable Sales with positioning and collateral to address questions from buyers and technical evaluators.
• Create blogs, decks, webinars, guides, and product collateral in collaboration with engineering, customer success, and support.
• Partner with content strategy to ensure the story is credible and useful across teams.
