GoTo is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for GoTo Connect, focused on end-to-end product launches, storytelling, and market-ready messaging. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to align on strategy and drive adoption.

The role emphasizes creating GTM content, building proof points from customer interviews, and using AI tools to optimize campaigns and personalization. Remote US, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product marketing, content strategy, or copywriting experience with SaaS products.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills, including ability to adapt one product story for different audiences.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to work faster and improve quality and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Own product launches end to end: planning through release day.
• Shape our story: partner with Product to craft differentiated positioning and messaging.
• Own release marketing: monthly launch cadence from planning to release day.
• Run a monthly Marketable Moments calendar to grow awareness and demand for GoTo Connect.
• Align teams on launch day with messaging, timelines, and activation plans.
• Create GTM content and enablement: decks, web copy, blogs, and training.
