Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for GoTo Connect. You will own end-to-end product launches, shape differentiating messaging, and run a monthly release cadence.

You will produce GTM content and enablement, build proof points from customer interviews, and align cross-functional teams to ensure a unified market story. Qualifications

• 4+ years of product marketing, content strategy, or copywriting experience with SaaS products
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to work faster and improve quality
• Strong stakeholder management, aligning leadership, sales, product, and demand gen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactive, detail-oriented and creative problem solving

Responsibilities

• Own product launches end to end from planning through release day and keep stakeholders updated
• Shape our story by turning roadmap into differentiated positioning and market-ready messaging
• Own release marketing with a predictable monthly launch cadence and cross-functional collaboration
• Run a monthly Marketable Moments calendar to grow awareness and demand for GoTo Connect products
• Align teams on messaging, timelines, and activation plans for launch day
• Create GTM content and enablement (pitch decks, web copy, blogs) optimized for SEO and GEO/AEO
• Build a library of proof points through customer interviews and case studies
• Capture customer stories to demonstrate value of solutions
• Measure and improve launch performance and derive recommendations
