About the Role

Abnormal Security is seeking a senior product marketing manager with cybersecurity experience to join our Product Marketing team. Product Marketing at Abnormal Security helps the company succeed in the market by communicating our products clearly, precisely, and with differentiation. Product Marketers at Abnormal create strategic messaging and positioning, then collaborate to bring it to life at every stage of the buyer's journey, working across sales enablement and marketing to drive pipeline and revenue. The senior PMM focused on Inbound Email Security will articulate messaging and positioning, develop and maintain product collateral, launch innovations at all tiers, enable internal stakeholders, and serve as a customer and analyst SME on the email security market.

What you will do
  1. Create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning.
  2. Lead product launches through internal and external channels, including sales enablement, press, digital, and others.
  3. Collaborate with marketing to drive demand and pipeline with acquisition and upsell messaging across the buyer's journey.
  4. Support updates and feature launches with end-to-end launch strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain content such as collateral, thought leadership, presentations, website content, videos, blogs, etc., to support communication strategies and accelerate the buyer's journey.
  6. Conduct customer research to understand needs and requirements.
  7. Enable sales teams and channel partners on solutions and value propositions.
  8. Represent the company externally as a speaker on cybersecurity topics.
Must Haves
  • 5+ years in sales or marketing at a B2B SaaS cybersecurity company, with 3+ years in product marketing.
  • Samples of external-facing content for cybersecurity buyers.
  • Experience managing product launches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical curiosity with the ability to explain complex concepts to buyers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute independently and quickly.
  • Effective influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Deep curiosity, active listening, empathy, and collaborative approach.
  • Passion for Abnormal's mission and customer success.
Nice to Haves
  • Enjoys public speaking and cybersecurity evangelism.
  • Experience defining GTM strategies during growth phases of cybersecurity companies.

Base salary range: $170,000 — $200,000 USD
