In this role, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will lead product marketing and enablement for Textio's recruiting and performance management products. This includes developing marketing strategies to drive product adoption, training our sales and customer success teams, and contributing to pipeline-generating marketing campaigns.

The salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $130,500 - $187,500. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests.
