A fast-growing construction-technology company is hiring its first dedicated Product Marketing leader. Its platform helps some of the largest construction firms stay on schedule and communicate progress. It has proven product-market fit, and it is now building the go-to-market engine to scale in North America. You'll own the entire function from day one, with no inherited playbook and no layers of bureaucracy.
- Greenfield ownership. The company has never had a dedicated product marketer. You build positioning, GTM, enablement, and competitive intel from scratch.
- Leadership access. Work directly with the CEO, Chief Product Officer, CRO, and Director of Global Marketing.
- A product customers love. The team rarely loses deals on capability, so you're marketing something that delivers.
- An industry still early. Construction is one of the least digitized industries in the world, and you help define how it adopts technology.
- Global scope. Work across four markets, with 2-3 trips a quarter to visit customers on real construction sites.
- AI-forward. You're encouraged to build AI workflows for competitive monitoring, research synthesis, content drafting, and enablement.
- A clear growth path. The company is expanding into North America, and the function you build now scales with it.

- Design and ship AI workflows for competitive monitoring, research synthesis, content drafting, and enablementLead the upcoming website rebuild, owning positioning and messaging
- Turn customer interviews, win/loss data, and market signals into insight the company can act on
- Build a library of customer evidence and nurture advocates for references, case studies, and events
