You will translate product capabilities and releases into clear value propositions that resonate with retailers and drive business results, partnering with Product Management, Sales, Brand Marketing and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product marketing experience (SaaS preferred; retail experience preferred).
• Proven track record developing GTM strategies, launches, positioning and sales enablement.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into compelling messaging for retailers.
• Collaborative leadership across Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches and platform updates across cross-functional teams.
• Develop differentiated product positioning and customer personas; translate AI capabilities into stories.
• Drive release communications and enablement materials to accelerate adoption and awareness.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with messaging, content, and training to support acquisitions and retention.
• Engage with retail partners, track trends, and refine GTM strategy based on adoption data.
• Create product usage and feature adoption reporting to inform decisions.
• Own case studies and value messaging across products, capabilities, segments, and geographies.
• Support content for events (e.g., NRF) and external representations.
