Veeva Systems, Inc. is looking for a Product Marketing Sr. Manager to lead U.S. product marketing for Vault CRM Suite.

You will partner with Market Strategy and Product Management to shape positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy, including AI capabilities. This role drives launches, content, and enablement across a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You will own annual marketing plans, messaging, and customer advocacy programs, while guiding a cross‑functional team to deliver

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B enterprise software product marketing experience.
• High level of self‑motivation and ability to navigate internal structures.
• Exceptional narrative refinement and writing skills; translate product concepts into customer messaging.
• Demonstrated cross‑functional alignment with market strategy, product management, and field/integrated marketing stakeholders.
• Strong project management and operational execution with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual strategic marketing plan with retention, adoption, and cross‑sell/upsell strategies.
• Lead and guide Vault CRM Suite product marketing initiatives across teams.
• Develop and refine messaging in partnership with market strategy for external channels and assets.
• Translate product releases into high‑impact enablement tools and decks for field sales.
• Own content strategy and assets (thought leadership, videos, copy, blogs, infographics).
• Lead large‑scale customer conference agendas, product launches, and advocacy programs.
• Drive product awareness through PR, placements, and social media.
• Build and maintain an optimized library of sales collateral and competitive assets.
