Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Vault CRM to shape the product roadmap and write detailed specifications in collaboration with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering.

You will contribute to the core Vault CRM module covering AI Agents, Account Management and multi‑channel engagement, working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team to deliver impactful features.

Qualifications

• Ability to think critically and ask questions to come to a solution for a problem.
• Detail oriented, organized, good at multi‑tasking
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• 1+ years’ work experience in a fast‑paced environment such as technology, consulting, finance, or analytics is preferred
• A strong sense of professional ethics

Responsibilities

• Define product priorities and roadmap by collecting and synthesizing input from customers, partners, executives, market owners, sales, services, and engineering
• Be the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with product development teams to design and deliver product capabilities that meet customer/market requirements
• Author high quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and customer requirements
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. UX, engineering, QA, operations, etc.) to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts
• Ultimately you are responsible for creating features that are built, delivered with quality, and delight customers
