Chainlink Labs is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Payments & Treasury to own the end-to-end settlement narrative for digital cash orchestration. You will translate complex settlement mechanics into buyer-focused value propositions for global banks and corporate treasuries.

You will collaborate with product, GTM, and content teams to craft messaging that resonates with institutional finance and tokenized assets, shaping the roadmap and enabling cross-border settlement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing within institutional payments, settlement, or corporate treasury workflows.
• Strong messaging and positioning skills for institutional decision-makers.
• Deep understanding of fiat rails, stablecoins, and tokenized deposits.
• Ability to turn roadmaps into buyer truth across product, engineering, and sales.
• Experience owning GTM strategy and execution for multiple launches in B2B SaaS or enterprise infra.

Responsibilities

• Own the Segment Narrative: develop the definitive commercial story for digital cash orchestration.
• Workflow-First Positioning: map value chains for bank and treasury payment workflows and DvP.
• Market Intelligence: synthesize treasury signals to influence product roadmap.
• Strategic Execution: lead GTM for payments portfolio with measurable adoption and pipeline impact.
• Drive Sales Enablement: create canonical plays, battle cards, and proposal libraries.
