Job summary

Chainlink Labs is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Payments & Treasury to own the commercial story for how banks and treasuries move from fiat rails to stablecoins and tokenized deposits. You will align product, GTM, and content teams to translate complex capabilities into buyer truth.

You’ll sit at the intersection of institutional finance and decentralized infrastructure, shaping messaging for the world’s largest financial institutions and payment networks globally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically within institutional payments, settlement, or corporate treasury workflows.
• Strong messaging and positioning skills for institutional decision-makers.
• Deep fluency in settlement rails, including fiat rails, stablecoins, and tokenized deposits.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and sales to turn roadmaps into buyer truth.
• Experience owning GTM strategy and execution for multiple product launches in B2B SaaS or enterprise infra.

Responsibilities

• Own the Segment Narrative: Develop the definitive commercial story for digital cash orchestration and translate complex settlement mechanics into business value.
• Workflow-First Positioning: Map the value chain for bank and treasury payment workflows and show how Chainlink enables cross-border settlement and liquidity management.
• Market Intelligence: Act as the market’s eyes and ears to influence the product roadmap and track tokenized cash trends.
• Strategic Execution: Lead GTM for new payments solutions, ensuring launches are well-planned and measurable.
• Drive Sales Enablement: Create battle cards, canonical plays, and libraries to empower GTM teams in Tier 1 deals.
