Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of related product marketing experience or comparable hands‑on experience.
• Solid understanding of positioning, segmentation, messaging, discovery, go-to-market strategy, launch readiness, and enablement.
• Ability to analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer or field feedback and translate insights into actionable priorities and messaging.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration with strong day‑to‑day autonomy, proactively solving issues and raising bigger risks or roadblocks.
• Consistent track record of influencing decision‑making across cross-functional teams through insights and partnership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for concise product messaging and sales tools.
• Experience developing or supporting sales enablement assets such as one‑pagers and knowledge-transfer documents.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar.

• Build market understanding through VOC programs, competitive analysis, and market research.
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for key audiences.

• Ensure consistent product storytelling across the customer journey.
