Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Okta Device Access team focused on Windows endpoints. You will own the roadmap and drive from enrollment to passwordless authentication, collaborating with engineering, design, and research to shape user stories and prioritize work.

You will influence product strategy, communicate with leadership, and ensure a strong enterprise migration story from AD/Entra to Okta identities while staying ahead of industry trends and competition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS or IaaS.
• Phased roadmap development and delivery of customer-loved products.
• Strong knowledge of Windows domain concepts and Entra joined devices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Proven business results from shipped products or features.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making with ambiguous inputs.
• Bachelor's in computer science/engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for Okta Device Access for Windows.
• Own migration story from Active Directory/Azure AD to Okta identities.
• Lead end-to-end device experience from enrollment to passwordless flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and research to write clear user stories.
• Research customer needs to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Communicate product strategies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Document features, UX, and technical specs for engineering teams.
• Use product data to improve adoption and success across the business.
• Monitor industry trends and differentiate from competitors.
• Lead a scrum team of engineers and deliver features on time.
• Stay informed on innovations and the competitive landscape.
• Partner with Product Marketing to articulate Okta's differentiation.
