Job summary
Bio-Rad Laboratories in Hercules, CA seeks a driven Product Manager II to own lifecycle activities from development through commercialization for the Western blotting and proteomics portfolio. You will work with R&D, marketing, sales, and customers to bring innovative tools to the life science research community.
The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience in life science tools, hands-on lab experience, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product management experience in life science tools, reagents, or instrumentation.
- Hands-on laboratory experience with electrophoresis and Western blotting is required.
- Experience with chromatography and immunoassay platforms is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex science into compelling value propositions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal champion and market authority for your product lines.
- Partner with R&D to shape new product development and translate science into value propositions.
- Develop and execute launch plans, create technical marketing content, and support sales with training and collateral.
- Engage with customers and key opinion leaders to stay ahead of market needs.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic input for growth.
