Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for PCR, qPCR, and ddPCR reagents to join our Digital Biology Group in Hercules, CA.

You will lead cross-functional projects across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, Sales, and Marketing to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies that drive growth. The role requires 4–5 years of direct product management in life sciences, a BS in molecular biology or related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in molecular biology or similar field.
• 4-5 years direct product management experience in life sciences.
• Strong customer focus and ability to influence across the organization.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• NPD experience nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle for PCR, qPCR, and ddPCR reagents.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, Sales, and Marketing.
• Specify market requirements via market research and customer visits.
• Create narratives to highlight Genomics reagents and solve customer problems.
• Support development of strategies to grow the Genomics reagents business.
