Vapi, a voice AI platform, is hiring a Product Designer — AI UX / Product Experience in San Francisco (hybrid Tue-Thu). You will shape product direction for AI-native workflows and mentor the team with high‑quality design.

You’ll drive complex workflows, partner with engineering and product, and deliver shipped work in an iterative AI environment. Ideal candidates bring senior design judgment, B2B experience, and fluency in AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B or enterprise software.
• Strong design judgment and modern design sensibility.
• Experience designing AI-native workflows.
• Able to frame ambiguous problems clearly.
• Comfort with complex, technical product surfaces.
• Fluent in AI-driven product design.

Responsibilities

• 30 Day: master complex workflows end to end.
• 60 Day: own an ambiguous area and ship quickly.
• 90 Day: contribute new ideas and raise team standards.
