For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Virtual Care to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape and execute the product vision for virtual care experiences, with a focus on improving how members access care and how clinicians deliver it. You will lead discovery, define the roadmap, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex healthcare workflows into practical product solutions. The work will span member journey enhancements, clinician-facing tools, and measurable improvements in care access, delivery efficiency, and product impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $163,944 – $215,176 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for virtual care
• Lead discovery with members and clinicians to identify problems and build business cases
• Enhance the member journey from care access to follow-up
• Develop tools for clinicians to improve care delivery and reduce administrative tasks
• Establish success metrics and measure the impact of product changes
• Align cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives forward
• Manage complex initiatives from definition to delivery, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cross-functional collaboration in Product Management or related roles
• 4+ years of experience in prioritization processes
• 4+ years of familiarity with tech systems and basic technology infrastructure
• 2+ years of leading complex, cross-domain initiatives
• 2+ years of experience in problem-solving and roadmap execution
