Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Vault Clinical Operations to own the product strategy and roadmap, unifying clinical systems, data, and processes to speed therapy delivery. You will lead end-to-end development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate for patient-centered outcomes.

You will engage with customers, define requirements, and drive measurable business impact while navigating regulatory changes and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS
• Proven track record delivering products from ideation to launch
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
• Ability to travel approximately 10-15% for on-site meetings

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Vault Clinical Operations applications
• Engage with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to identify needs
• Write clear feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with Eng, QA and design
• Prioritize backlog to balance customer requests, new features and strategic initiatives
• Act as subject matter expert and evangelist, communicating vision and roadmap
• Educate Sales, Solution Consultants, Professional Services and Support teams
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and impact
• Stay current with regulatory changes impacting clinical operations
