Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or Project Delivery.
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycle processes and payment systems.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end product/project execution.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications and product needs.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders, client partners and technology teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders associated with Visa, Mastercard and payment ecosystems.
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and deliverables.
• Manage project milestones, dependencies, risks and blockers.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Business, Technology and Operations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions and product/project reviews.
• Manage Agile backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Independently drive projects and ensure timely delivery of business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve transaction lifecycle processes and product capabilities.
