Job summary

Binance is seeking a product leader to own the full lifecycle of Earn's TradFi offerings, including ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, and structured products.

You will design and operate advanced structured options like Dual Investment, Snowball, Shark Fin, and related strategies, while driving cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, Quant, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Earn's TradFi product line including ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, and structured products.
• Lead the design and operations of structured options products like Dual Investment, Snowball, Shark Fin, and other options-linked structures.
• Drive cross-functional delivery and growth by coordinating with Engineering, Design, Quant, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
