BMO Financial Group in the United States seeks a Head of Product Development & Strategy to lead ETF and SMA product strategy, lifecycle, and commercialization. You will architect derivatives-based platforms, partner with Portfolio Management, and drive end-to-end launches across multiple internal teams.

This senior role requires deep derivatives knowledge, scalable product design, and strong commercial judgment to grow the ETF franchise while managing lifecycle and governance.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in ETF/ETN product development, derivatives strategy, structured products, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in derivatives, options, volatility products, and systematic investment strategies.
• Experience designing, evaluating, structuring, and launching derivatives-based investment products.
• Strong understanding of complex options strategies and risk management.
• Experience evaluating investment strategies using back-testing and scenario analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own ETF product development, building and maintaining the product pipeline and end-to-end launch execution.
• Set long-term product strategy and roadmap for the U.S. ETF and SMA platform.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Investments, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management.
