Job summary

Binance is seeking a TradFi PMO leader to own end-to-end delivery of the TradFi expansion, coordinating product, engineering, risk, legal, compliance and finance across multiple regions. You will drive launches, licensing readiness, and partnerships, ensuring a aligned, executive-visible roadmap.

The role requires experience managing multi-jurisdiction programs, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced crypto-native environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• MBA, CFA, or PMP preferred.
• Experience delivering trading, market-data, or brokerage products or large-scale financial-services programs.
• Strong understanding of TradFi market structure and products across asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan for the TradFi roadmap, milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead PMO cadence: weekly reviews, steering committees, and status reporting for senior leadership.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdiction launches with regulatory, licensing, and partner teams.
• Manage vendor and partner workstreams for external data and infrastructure.
