You will work with stakeholders to prioritize capabilities that scale automated deals and AI-driven solutions, while guiding engineering discussions and strategic product decisions. You will collaborate across data engineers, product managers and leadership to measure impact, communicate outcomes, and ensure end-to-end ownership from concept

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire lifecycle of new product feature development from concept to launch and beyond.
• Develop generative AI-powered features that deliver measurable business impact.
• Propose and own development of new features, prioritizing capabilities for scalable deals via automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Lead technical development of new features, contributing to hands-on development where needed.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers and stakeholders to define success metrics and quantify impact.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for senior leadership.
