Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Staff, Product Manager - Identity to shape core identity capabilities for developers and customers on our modern communications platform. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to translate customer needs into product direction and turn complex technical challenges into intuitive developer experiences.

The role demands strong product judgment, technical depth, and the ability to represent the customer in decisions that influence platform strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, or 2+ years in PM and 3+ years in engineering.
• Experience building technical products for developers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

This role will shape core identity capabilities that support developers and customers across a modern communications platform. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to translate customer needs into product direction and turn complex technical challenges into intuitive developer experiences. Location: Remote

Compensation: $155,520 – $228,700 annually
