Ladders seeks a Senior Product Manager, Agent Identity Management, to own the vision and roadmap for identity capabilities within a complex product ecosystem. You will partner with enterprise customers, engineering, and cross-functional teams to shape secure, measurable, and scalable experiences.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $150,000–$190,000 annually. The role emphasizes customer discovery, API security fluency, and ecosystem integrations across enterprise platforms.

• 5-7+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or related technical products.
• Proven ability to lead customer discovery and define MVPs.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs and security concepts.
• Experience using product data to diagnose issues and influence stakeholders.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Agent Identity Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own the vision and roadmap for a critical identity management capability within a complex technical product ecosystem. You will partner closely with enterprise customers, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape experiences that are secure, measurable, and scalable. The position blends customer discovery, technical product strategy, and ecosystem integration work to advance adoption across enterprise environments.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000 annually
