NetApp in San Jose, CA seeks a Senior Director of Product Finance to lead the finance partner for the Product organization across Hybrid Cloud and Public Cloud. This hands-on role translates strategy into financial plans, drives pricing discipline, and builds a high-performing team.

In a hybrid, in-office 3 days per week setting, you’ll shape long-range planning, capex/opex management, and AI-enabled finance improvements to accelerate decision-making and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 5+ years leading teams and managing organizational change.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Embed financial insight into growth, launch, and investment decisions.
• Lead long-range planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting.
• Own annual operating plan for the Product organization.
• Champion AI-enabled finance tools to speed decision cycles.
