Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or internal platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage products spanning multiple platforms or systems of record.
• Strong discovery and facilitation skills with business stakeholders.
• Experience working with Supply Chain, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Contract Lifecycle Management domains.
• Ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear, actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product experience for Supply Chain stakeholders and partners with platform owners, engineering, and business leaders.
• Define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and scope boundaries.
• Guide delivery across sprint cycles, release planning, and UAT.
• Lead launch readiness including change management and adoption support.
• Monitor post-launch performance and iterate to improve capability effectiveness.
• Identify integration requirements across ServiceNow, Oracle, and contract systems.
