Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the product experience for our Supply Chain stakeholders—delivering integrated capabilities across ServiceNow, Oracle, contract management systems, and related platforms to support end-to-end supply chain operations.

You will work closely with platform owners, engineering, and business leaders to translate workflows into well-scoped epics, features, and user stories, build a prioritized roadmap, guide delivery, and drive adoption through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years' related experience.
• 5+ years product management in enterprise software or internal platforms.
• Experience spanning multiple platforms or systems of record.
• Strong discovery and facilitation skills with business stakeholders.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery; writing epics, features, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to build a prioritized roadmap across ServiceNow, Oracle, and contract systems.
• Define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Guide delivery across sprint cycles, releases, and UAT.
• Drive launch readiness including change management, training, and adoption support.
• Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on feedback.
• Identify integration requirements and collaborate with architects and engineers.
