You will shape conversion and monetization strategies, run rigorous experiments, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, and marketing to improve the full journey.

We follow a flexible hybrid model with roughly three days on-site at our San Francisco office each week, balancing speed with collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading subscription products or growth in consumer software.
• Strong track record in driving free-to-paid conversion and retention.
• Hands-on experimentation with measurable impact on metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own subscription strategy and roadmap to drive conversion and retention.
• Design and run rigorous experiments across pricing, packaging, and messaging.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, and marketing.
• Track core metrics: conversion, churn, renewals, and LTV.
• Communicate experiment strategy and trade-offs to leadership.
