Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional product management experience.
• Experience thinking commercially, strategically, and creatively.
• Experience in technical requirements writing (e.g. user stories, epics, MVP scope).
• Confident presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as the product management lead.
• Proficiency with prototyping and research tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Shape Product Strategy & Vision – Partner with clients to define compelling product visions and roadmaps that align business objectives with customer needs.
• Drive Product Lifecycle Execution – Lead ideation, definition and delivery, balancing innovation, feasibility and impact.
• Champion Product Frameworks & Methodologies – Apply industry best practices in strategy, roadmaps, prioritization and Agile methods.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with designers, engineers, researchers and stakeholders on customer-centric solutions.
• Navigate Ambiguity & Complexity – Frame problems, form hypotheses and iterate with qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Advocate for the Customer – Use user research and market data to drive product decisions.
• Coach & Uplevel Product Thinking – Mentor teams on best practices and experimentation.
• Contribute to Business Development – Support proposals and pitches.
