Job summary

Capgemini Invent in New York invites a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, definition and delivery of physical and digital products across engagements, balancing vision, data, design and execution. You’ll manage client relationships at VP/Head of Product level, grow presence on accounts, and guide multiple workstreams with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product management experience with strategic ownership.
• Ownership of product strategy and go-to-market for a major product line.
• Direct experience staffing or coaching other Product Managers or Consultants.
• Demonstrated business development contributions: proposals, SOW shaping, or account growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, concepting, and data analysis skills.
• Executive presence to advise and influence VP/C-suite client stakeholders.
• Fluency in Agile/lean product operating models; capable of standing one up inside a client organization.
• Experience directing or advising on AI/GenAI/agentic capabilities within product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy & Vision - Set the product vision and roadmap approach for an engagement, aligning objectives with customer needs and defending the roadmap to senior client stakeholders.
• Direct Product Lifecycle Execution - Own accountability for the full product lifecycle across an engagement, balancing innovation, feasibility, and business impact across multiple workstreams.
• Set Product Frameworks & Methodologies - Determine which product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and Agile approaches an engagement runs on.
• Lead Cross-Functional & Cross-Team Collaboration - Direct designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver aligned, customer-centric solutions.
• Resolve Ambiguity & Escalations - Tackle high-stakes problems that stakeholders elevate.
• Advocate for the Customer at the Strategic Level - Ensure research, market data, and experimentation inform strategy.
• Develop Product Talent - Staff, coach, and manage performance of Product Managers and Consultants.
• Drive Business Development - Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and account growth for existing accounts.
• Build frog's External Presence - Contribute to thought leadership and represent product perspective in executive settings.
• Own AI/GenAI/Agentic Strategy & Adoption - Set strategy for embedding AI into product roadmap and operating model.
