Paylocity is a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider seeking a product manager to own strategic direction across multiple products. You will guide roadmaps, align with stakeholders, and deliver customer-focused features that drive business impact.

The role emphasizes market research, KPI tracking, and cross-functional leadership with other teams in Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Remote work from any US office is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering outcomes.
• Strong ability to execute roadmaps, balance vision with delivery, and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration with influence across stakeholders.
• Deep customer and market insight; translate into impactful product features.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and own product direction.
• Expertise in using data to inform decisions, track success, and optimize performance.
• Strong understanding of security standards and balancing them with customer needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to evangelize product vision to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior product managers or team members.
• Scrum Product Owner certification preferred.
• Deep domain expertise in payroll, benefits, time & labor, or human capital management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap and manage features from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely execution across the entire product lifecycle.
• Navigate complexities of dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Prioritize and execute the most impactful features that align with customer needs, business goals, and security standards.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to ensure seamless product development, delivery, and launch.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, ensuring the product stays ahead of market trends and customer expectations.
• Regularly evaluate product outcomes against KPIs and use data to iterate the roadmap.
• Build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders to align goals and requirements in the roadmap.
• Define and track key metrics for product success; use insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Provide strategic leadership in product planning and decision-making and mentor team members.
