• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven success in developing product vision and strategy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align product strategies with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with building B2B SaaS integrations using APIs and managing partner relationships.
• Scale partner ecosystems to drive measurable business impact, focusing on marketplace extensibility.
• Define and execute customer-centric product strategies focusing on engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Help PMs establish long-term strategies, success metrics, and competitive intelligence.
• Build business cases for product initiatives aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Monitor product performance and adjust strategies based on feedback and market opportunities.
• Oversee the product lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and addressing roadblocks and risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on timelines, vision, and risks.
• Drive transparency, collaboration, and alignment on product direction.
• Identify customer pain points and emerging trends to drive improvements and innovation.
• Promote adoption of new technologies (AI, automation) to enhance capabilities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Report on product progress and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Support a data-driven decision-making culture across teams.
