Infobase is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive complex, high-impact product initiatives across our platform. You will shape strategy, build the evidence base, and coordinate with Franchise Owners, the CPO, and tech partners to deliver value to educators, librarians, and students.

The role emphasizes influence over authority, with a heavy focus on customer insights, market analysis, and clear roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to define strategy, influence stakeholders without formal authority, and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for assigned problems in collaboration with Franchise Owners and CPO.
• Own and prioritize roadmaps, balancing customer value, business priorities and delivery capacity.
• Lead voice-of-customer practices and translate insights into roadmap implications.
• Partner with Franchise Owners, Platform and Technology to align product direction with content strategy.
• Define and report on KPIs and business outcomes for assigned problems.
