Job summary

Infobase seeks a Product Manager, Careers to set the product direction for careers and CTE offerings across K-12 schools, libraries, and community colleges. This senior IC will shape strategy, roadmap, and partnerships with Vault, content teams, and engineering to expand sales.

The role focuses on content management, voice of the customer, and cross-functional leadership to deliver engaging, standards-aligned learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of progressive product management experience.
• Experience managing a business partner relationship.
• Ability to work with an enterprise-level engineering team.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative research with quantitative data.
• Ability to present a business case to executive leadership.
• Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and roadmap for careers and CTE offerings.
• Guide partnerships, assessment integration, and go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with Vault, platform, and engineering teams.
• Define KPIs and report outcomes to leadership.
