Job summary

Chronosphere, a Palo Alto Networks company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead foundational areas of Storage and Cost Optimization. You will bridge customers and engineering, build feedback loops, and test hypotheses in a deeply technical product space.

You will own the Cost Optimization domain, define problem statements, drive SCRUM ceremonies, establish success metrics, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to position and sell the capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager on a B2B cloud-native product.
• Proven track record delivering software with agile processes and fast feedback loops.
• Experience working with customers and prospects.
• Experience building and operating software as a service.
• Ability to translate customer research into a coherent strategy.
• Attention to detail that makes products loved and usable.
• Experience partnering with UX to build delightful features.
• Experience with data storage tiers and cloud-native monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary research via interviews with end-users and buyers.
• Define a researched perspective on current and future customer needs.
• Set priorities, shape the product roadmap, and align teams.
• Act as product owner for the Scrum team and manage backlogs.
• Collaborate with product marketing on positioning and messaging.
• Drive clarity and visibility of priorities across functions.
