Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Software and Services to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of software, digital and professional services across Security and Access Solutions. You will report to the Director of Product Management and operate from Pittsford, NY, Atlanta, GA, or Costa Mesa, CA on a hybrid basis, with 90 days onsite requirement.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales and service delivery to ensure timely product

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
Experience with software and services offerings.
Experience transitioning on-prem to cloud-based SaaS offerings.
Strong business case, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Strong focus on customer journey and experience.
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
Results orientation with proven track record of launching offerings.
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

Lead or supervise new product introduction (NPI) process with cross-functional teams.
Support strategies for new offering introductions aligned with market needs and business goals.
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales and service delivery to ensure alignment of new offerings.
Address complex customer technical and business process needs to deliver business value.
Benchmark products against competitors and identify differentiators.
Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders clearly.
Ensure market readiness with training and supporting materials.
Maintain use case and requirements documentation; report on status and metrics.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements.
Identify and resolve issues during the NPI phase and prevent recurrence.
Translate market data into actionable growth strategies for commercial leaders.
Proficiency with project management and product management tools.
