Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Product Manager – Software and Services to oversee the lifecycle of software, digital, and professional services for Security and Access Solutions. You will report to the Director of Product Management and work on a Hybrid schedule from multiple U.S.

locations, with an initial 90-day onsite requirement to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with teams. You will collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and service delivery to drive market-ready offerings,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, offering management, or a related role.
• Experience with software and services offering.
• Experience transitioning on-prem to cloud based SaaS software offerings.
• Strong business case, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong focus on customer journey and experience.
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Results orientation with proven track record of launching offerings.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI project management with cross-functional teams.
• Develop strategies for new offering introductions aligned to market needs.
• Coordinate with R&D, marketing, sales, and service delivery for alignment.
• Address complex customer technical and business needs to deliver value.
• Benchmark products against competitors and identify differentiation.
• Articulate product vision and updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure market readiness with training and materials for launches.
• Maintain use case documentation and report project status and metrics.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Identify and resolve issues during the NPI phase to ensure smooth launches.
• Translate market data and industry trends into actionable growth strategies.
• Support commercial teams in targeting customers and partners for new business.
• Utilize project and product management tools effectively.
